Welcome to l'Avermoise! Discover this gîte on the 1st floor, above the large garage, of this house located between town and country. Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase and a bright veranda. Here you can relax in the sunshine.
In a rustic atmosphere, the owner has added a few touches of modernity and all the comforts of today.
The living room opens onto the kitchen, which is functional and well-equipped, and has a TV. The corridor leads to 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms for 2 people each (1 bed 140 x 190 cm). One of them has a television. A garage is available on the ground floor. On sunny days, you can prepare your barbecue (charcoal) and enjoy the 1500 m2 grounds. Access to the house is via a local street running alongside the railroad line. PLUS DU GITE: Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels and tea towels included.
