Lovely apartment a few steps from the Pantheon located on the first floor, without lift. The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the 'Franciscan' nuns.
It consists of a large room divided into a dining area with table and chairs , living area with a single sofa bed, a sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette and a complete bathroom with shower (max 2 people - 30 m²).
The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning Heating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.
The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.

Apartment very well located for visiting Rome during the day. Unfortunately, at night there's a nightclub right next door. And the windows are useless, you feel like you're outside. Drunk people shouting and fighting. It calms down around 4am... otherwise the TV doesn't work, and the shower is very limited. I wouldn't recommend it except for partygoers.
