Beautiful T3 ideally located, with small terrace, right in the center of "La Venise des Alpes"
Discover the city center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This duplex apartment sleeps 4, on the 4th floor with elevator. The elevator will take you to the 3rd floor, and you'll need to take the stairs to the 4th.
The master bedroom, on the first floor, has a 160x190 bed. The second bedroom, with 2 single beds (trundle), is downstairs. There's also a small terrace where you can relax after a day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer...
2 bathrooms complete this accommodation, a bathtub in the master bedroom and a shower in the second.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
