We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Quimper, this charming flat of a surface of 78 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 27 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 27 m² living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A 12 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed and a cupboard
- A 2nd bedroom of 10.5 m² with a double sofa bed and a cupboard
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Terrace of 38 m2 sunny all afternoon with awning, armchairs for 4 people and garden coffee table.
Quiet area in the town centre, very close to the historic centre of Quimper (5 minutes walk) and all the shops, 50 m from the river Odet and its walking and cycling possibilities.
Activities :
Walks, Jogging, Golf de Lanniron at 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, commented visit of the city in mini-train, Tourist Office at 10 minutes on foot.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus service with convergence of lines at 3 minutes walking distance.
