Just a 10-minute walk from the Saint-Palais market and close to the lake, the first floor features a large entrance hall, a through living room opening onto terraces and garden, with a lounge and dining area bordered by a decorative insert fireplace with air-conditioning unit, a fully-equipped separate kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer drawers, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with 140 cm bed, a bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, separate toilet.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with small flat-screen TVs.
