Le Balcon Perrière is in the heart of the old town, a 5-minute walk from the lake and 40 minutes from the La Clusaz ski slopes. Charming apartment with breathtaking views of the Thiou
The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, in a historic building. You can take full advantage of its proximity to numerous restaurants, the lake, the town and the mountains. The fruit and vegetable market takes place 3 times a week downstairs from the apartment!
Le Balcon Perrière is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same floor... for a total of 8 people.
The accommodation is fully equipped: iron, shower gel & shampoo, fridge and freezer, conventional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, TV and wifi access.
A launderette is a 5-minute walk away.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator).

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
