Superb and spacious villa for 12 guests with private pool, 6 bedrooms, located only 33 km away from Barcelona, last renewal in January 2024.
This delightful 357m² house located near the village of Sentmenat features a peaceful and private garden with large swimming pool and plenty of lounging areas. Enjoy the Catalan sun in the bordering a natural park with plenty of nature. The villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, electric blinds, kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 separate terraces, a games rooms and a private swimming pool of 4 x 8.5m, ensuring maximum comfort for its 12 guests.
The 6 bedrooms spread over the 3 floors of the house are arranged as follows: (1) one double bed 135 x 200, (2) one double bed 180 x 200 with bathroom and access to terrace, (3) one double bed 150 x 200 with private terrace, (4) one double bed 135 x 200 with access to terrace, (5) one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace, (6) one double bed 135 x 200 and one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace.

Cleaning Policy:
1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.
2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.
3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.
4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied .
5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
