This 2 level vacation abode boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with the main floor fully adapted for reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

Cleaning Policy:
1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.
2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.
3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.
4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.
5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

If you want a vacation with 0 privacy, I recommend this villa. Between the owner who lives in the house next door, who even uses his garage during your rental, which gives access to the house (not specified when you book) and the neighbors who also spy on you all day long to check that you are really 10 in the villa, we've had the worst vacation since we've been renting. Not to mention the fact that airplanes come and go all day long, the excess of dogs in the street who do nothing but bark when someone passes by at all hours of the day or night, the lack of equipment in the house, not a baking dish, no table mat, 3 wine glasses, 4 deckchairs that you're not even allowed to put elsewhere in the garden... The neighbor across the street who vacuums every day at 7 a.m., her dog and her RS6 making an incredible racket. In short, this house is hell! Oh yes, I forgot, the icing on the cake is that the house isn't 220m2 but rather 150 m2. This house is a total rip-off!
