In La Tranche sur Mer, Le Phare sector. Detached house with 2 apartments, one of which is reserved for seasonal rental. Studio for 2 people with car parking space and private terrace. The studio comprises a living room with equipped kitchenette, a shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet and, on the first floor (steep staircase), a mezzanine (less than 1 m 80 high) with 2 90cm beds. The studio has a terrace with garden furniture. Located 250m from the beach and 2.5km from the town center.
EQUIPMENT: television, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by tenant.
Pets not admitted, household linen not supplied, end-of-stay cleaning optional on reservation: 60€ fixed price.
Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday clause. Vacation vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.
