If you love the sea but do not like the confusion of the classic tourist attractions, always too crowded, this apartment in a two-family house, surrounded by greenery but only 2 km from the sea, is your destination. The accommodation is located in a strategic position to visit the region: Chioggia (7 km), from where you can reach Venice by boat and the other beautiful cities of art ( Padua, Vicenza, Treviso, Ferrara, Ravenna). In the evening, after your interesting excursions, you can spend a quiet evening, dining in the garden and enjoying the starry sky with the sea breeze. The accommodation extends over two floors, connected by a staircase. The garden, surrounded by bushes and flowers, invites you to relax and sunbathe, soccer field, volleyball net, table tennis, table soccer are available. From the house start cycling routes in a lagoon landscape between freshwater canals and brackish water; from Sottomarina you can go around the lagoon of Lusenzo on the bike and foot path. From Chioggia you can reach Piazza Vigo and with the ?vaporetto? you can reach the island of Pellestrina. You can alternate sun and sea with excursions to discover the immense historical and artistic heritage of the region: Venice and the islands of the lagoon can also be visited by boat from nearby and beautiful Chioggia (7 km). Padua (40 km) with the Basilica del Santo and the botanical garden of UNESCO World Heritage; Vicenza (80 km), with the Palladian architecture; Treviso (70 km) with its canals and buildings with frescoes; Ferrara (80 km) beautiful Renaissance city, Ravenna (90 km) with Byzantine mosaics and a series of medieval towns: Comacchio, Pomposa Abbey, Monselice, Este. In Veneto there are over 4000 historical villas built between 1400 and 1700, which are true jewels of art and history. Many of them have beautiful gardens where you can spend a whole day. This accommodation is an excellent solution not only for the summer, thanks to the beaches, the excursions to the lagoon or a boat trip along the Po Delta, but also in other seasons to explore the artistic environment.
The owners live temporarily in the other part of the house.
