This house of 75 m², with a land size of 1000 m² has 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet.
It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you are looking for a beautiful seaside resort to spend a few days in, the area of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is definitely the place to stop. Here, capes, islands, creeks and miles of beaches make up the landscape. Take the time to walk along the coast and through the castle ruins before discovering the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula.
- Relax on the beach or do water sports: sailing, diving, boat trips.
- Visit the surrounding towns: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Cap Fréhel...
- Hiking, horse riding, golf, casino, tree climbing..
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in a private courtyard in the annex, there is also a large non-paying public car park nearby
