Beautiful house entirely renovated this year ideally located a few minutes from the village of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse.
This house of 100m2 is composed of a living room with television, dining room and open kitchen fully equipped and furnished. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms each with television and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower.
Outside, enjoy the swimming pool and deckchairs and the proximity of the beautiful river Sorgue for your walks.
The house is located very close to a leisure park for children "Nestor Le Castor" as well as the departure of the descents of the Sorgue in canoe-kayak (minimum age 6 years) of the base Kayak Vert.
This proximity causes a noise activity during the day (between 11:00 and 18:00) but allows you to benefit from several advantages: free access for your children in unlimited to the park "Nestor Le Castor", descent of the Sorgue in kayak FREE 1 time per week.
The children's park and the kayak base are open from the end of May to the end of September.
The grounds are fenced and our dog friends are welcome.
