This beautiful home is located in the La Torre Golf Resort complex, 15 km from Los Alcázares or 17 km from San Javier, within a fully-secured urbanization, the complex boasts a spectacular golf course.
It has accommodation for 4 people, spread over 2 floors, the first floor, which has a large porch, with space where you can park your car and also be able to go out, get some fresh air, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, with shower, washbasin and bidet, 1 large living-dining room, with sofa bed facing a large TV, and featuring a table with chairs, for meals with family or friends and a fully equipped kitchenette, with fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, .... where you can prepare delicious meals, a covered terrace at the rear, with table and chairs, where you can cook al fresco on the barbecue and spend unforgettable evenings.
On the upper floor, there's 1 double bedroom, built-in wardrobe, 1 bathroom with bath, washbasin and bidet, and a beautiful terrace, with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun of our region, it also has spectacular views of the golf course and lake.
This accommodation has an optional linen and towel service, to be paid for on arrival at the accommodation, depending on the number of people requesting it. This service costs €10 per person per stay. At the time of booking, you must indicate whether you will require this service or whether you wish to use your own sheets and towels and therefore you will not be charged.
The house also offers free WIFI.

The community area of the urbanization features beautiful flower gardens and relaxing water fountains, cleanliness, a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a club house, a pub, children's play areas, as well as the many large pools of the where you can choose to swim and it has a park with a 7-a-side soccer pitch, a basketball hoop and swings, as well as a ping-pong table next to each pool.
