This bright apartment in Los Alcázares, specifically in the Los Narejos neighborhood, sleeps 6 and is ideally located for an unforgettable vacation, mainly due to its proximity to the beach, around 500 meters away, where you'll find the famous Espinosa beach bar. Opposite the apartment is the Las Velas shopping center, where you'll find everything you need for your stay.
The main bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables, a wooden chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
The other bedroom has two single beds 90 x 1'90, also with a built-in wardrobe and bedside table, the decoration is ideal for children thanks to its childlike and cheerful details.
The living-dining room has a table and 6 chairs, a convertible sofa for 2 people, a recliner and a TV stand with its own TV, and is beautifully decorated in a bohemian style with access to the semi-open terrace, which has a coffee table and 6 chairs.
It has a bathroom with bath, WC, videl, washbasin, all in very good condition and with all the corresponding sanitary measures.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook the dishes you like best! Inside the kitchen, there's a gallery with a washing machine, laundry basket and more.
On the street there's a space reserved for parking your car so you can get around wherever you want! You don't have to worry about where you're going to leave the car, even if you don't have to, because just across the street you'll find the Las Velas shopping center, which boasts a number of establishments including a supermarket, cinema, pizzeria, restaurants and more.
Also on Saturdays, a street market is usually set up on the same street, where you can buy freshly picked fruit and vegetables from the nearby fields, as well as local handicrafts.
Access to the apartment is via a beautiful stone staircase, so it's a unique and unusual entrance.
