The Gîte "La Maison du 9 Place" is located only 30 min from Orléans, 30 min from Château de Chamerolles, 30 min from the Forêt d'Orléans, 35 min from Pithiviers, 1h30 from Paris... Right in the center of Artenay, close to shops and served by the SNCF line, the RN20 and also the A10 and A19 motorways. This gîte would make an ideal place to stay with family, friends or colleagues. First floor: living and dining room, fitted kitchen and patio.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with 1 x 140 cm bed (window overlooking the interior patio, not the exterior), a shower room, a room with washbasin, a separate toilet, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 90 cm bed and dressing room.
Enclosed garden with covered eating area. Public parking on the square.
All-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
Arrival from 5pm and departure at 10am.
