Nestled in greenery in a quiet area of Chartres, on the right bank of the Eure, this bright city-break offers a magnificent view of the old town and cathedral. Quality furnishings and decor, with an emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater harvesting...). The home is served by bus (supermarket, town center, train station and hospital), with free public parking immediately opposite. The interior layout can accommodate people with reduced mobility. A 15 m2 terrace extends the gîte, allowing you to enjoy the view and the sunshine; an enclosed garden with flowers completes the ensemble. Vehicle parking on the plot ONLY for PMR. Single-storey gîte, non-smoking, pets not allowed. The gîte is entirely on one level and has been adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (Italian shower, washbasin and adapted WC).
However, an 8 cm step at the entrance and the slope of the pedestrian access to the plot do not qualify for the Tourisme & Handicap label.
The price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made up on arrival), dish towels and guest towels, end-of-stay cleaning for the first week (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity.) As the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 8 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the accommodation provider).
