- THE RUGS AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE (Remember to bring them in your luggage)
- KITCHEN equipped for 8 persons with dishes, refrigerator/freezer, oven, cooking plates, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, radio....etc
- 1 adjoining semi-covered TERRACE, with table and 8 chairs

2 DEPOSIT CHECKS will be requested: 1 of 400 Euros (not cashed) for the risks of damage of the material and 1 of 70 Euros (not cashed) in case of not done cleaning
THESE CHECKS ARE TO BE JOINED TO THE PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE OF THE RENT
The return of these checks will be done by mail after the inventory of fixtures of exit if all is correct.
