It has a 500m2 enclosed garden where you can relax, and private parking (2 vehicles). Ideal for a relaxing stay, in a little corner of greenery, close to the magnificent beaches! The house is pleasantly appointed, with quality fixtures and fittings. On the first floor you'll find : - a large entrance hall, - a large living/dining room with sofa and TV, DVD player, board games and books, - a large separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, - a utility room with washing machine, crockery and other kitchen utensils, - a separate toilet, - a bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds, - a second bedroom with 2 120x190 beds and its own bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find : - a bedroom with double bed 140x190 - a second bedroom with double bed 130x190, - a spacious bathroom with bathtub, - and a separate toilet. The garden is equipped with a 10-person garden table, Weber barbecue, benches and deckchairs. Close to Sauveterre beach, the Olonne-sur-Mer national forest, and shops including a supermarket 3 minutes away (10-minute walk), the media library (3-minute walk). - 6.5 km from the beach at Les Sables d'Olonne, home of the Vendée Globe (next start in November 2024). - 1h30 from Puy du Fou. - Iron Man race in early July 2023.
