Gîte Pouchalou à Tournon d'Agenais pour 5 personnesVous séjournerez dans un gîte indépendant restauré, situé en campagne à proximité de l'habitation du propriétaire et d'un des plus beaux villages de France, Tournon-d'Agenais.
Location constituée par un rez-de-chaussée et un étage. Terrasse d’environ 12m². Jardin non clos de 3000m² sur une exploitation prunicole de 5 ha en activité.
Sur place : Portique. Salle de jeux avec : baby-foot et table de ping-pong.
Si vous cherchiez un endroit ressourçant et calme pour venir passer vos vacances dans le LOt-et-Garonne, vous avez le gîte qu'il vous faut !
Gîte non fumeur. Animaux domestiques acceptés.
A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps : 8 euros la paire.
- Linge de maison et linge de toilette à fournir par le client.
- Possibilité de forfait ménage sur demande : 20 euros.
