You want to enjoy the calm of the Morbihan countryside and the proximity of the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula? The Gouezan house will meet all your expectations. This beautiful house of 70m² can easily accommodate 6 people. On the first floor, discover a double living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (Senseo machine, oven, dishwasher, large fridge...). On the first floor, the night space and the shower room are waiting for you, with a parental bedroom with 160cm bedding and a child's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. You can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². The Gouezan house is ideal for family stays, the place invites to conviviality: whether in the sun in the garden in good weather, or in the living room by the fire in winter! If for you the vacations rhyme with idleness, the beach of Govelins is only 7 minutes away by car. You only have to plan your escapades to discover the Rhuys Peninsula and Vannes! Cleaning is included in the rental.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two bedrooms One with 4 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A beautiful garden of 150 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
