We warmly welcome you in villa Madiana composed of full villa 140m² and an Apartment of 50m² where 4 beautiful bedrooms are awaiting the guests. You enjoy, in a peaceful environment with a swimming pool view, your well-deserved holiday. There is a swimming pool with a beautiful and big terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 bathrooms available in the house.
Pays De Fayence (Montauroux) is only half an hour away from the airport of Nice. Due to the central location of our villa, you are within 30 minutes in Cannes, Nice, St. Raphael, Fayence, Valbonne, Mandelieu, Golf Jean, etc.
The Esterel Mountains is a large Natural Park where you can make a long walk or go biking. Within 10 minutes you have the lake St. Cassien where you can do all kinds of non-motorised water sports.
Within 5 minutes there are golf of Terre Blanche and 15mn St Donat Golf )and within 10 minutes even more than ten.
Idyllically situated, totally decorated property on the outskirts of the renowned and sought-after Provencal town of Montauroux - Fayence, the Vlla Madiana offers the solitude of the countryside, open views of the swimming pool and garden and a truly tranquil setting yet only aminute walk from the centre of Lorgues. The grounds of the Mas are quite extensive and ideal for young children with open spaces for exploration. A pool with feature Roman step entrance is 8.5 X 4.5 meters in front of the villa and with its electrically operated pool cover it provides safety for small children and also retains the heat of the day in the pool when closed at night. Outdoor areas are excellent with garden, kitchen and slightly below a large patio area with barbecue and oven pizza adjoining the pool area.

Living area is all on ground level with split-level salon, TV, satellite, the salon that overlooks the indoor dining room. Adjacent to the dining room is a superb kitchen, all white with granite worktops. Completely equipped for the most discerning chef and with direct access to the outdoor dining terrace with permanent barbecue.
Being newly renovated the property is delightful, close to the town but with complete rural tranquillity. A car is essential to visit all local places of interest in the Provence are within 60 minutes from Nice airport the Villa Madiana is perfect for the relaxing family holiday reflecting all the essence of the Provence and French Riviera stories.
30 minutes into the Hinterland of Cannes and within easy reach of everything Provence and Cote d’Azur can offer, Surrounded by 2000m2 of garden, oak trees, which are part of the property.
A large (8.5 X 4.5 meter) swimming pool sits 150 meter removed from the main house on an terrace.
There is no through-traffic as the hamlet is situated at the end of a rough road. A large lake (Lac Staint Cassien) is 5 min away by car. The nearest shopping area is 800 meters away, as is the village of Montauroux is at 3kms.
The houses are filled with beautiful Provence furniture, high-quality kitchenware, modern and books. The hamlet is very charming and homely.

A 8.5 X 4.5 meter pool sits on its own terrace. Surrounding the pool are deck-chairs, pool beds.
The two houses can be can rented jointly for 1 or 2 families and Friends
Activities
There are many wonderful excursions to near-by villages, such as Montauroux and Callian (10 and 15 min), Seillans (20 min), and Grasse (30 min). Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Biot, St Paul de Vence and other famous towns are all within aminute drive. Our preferred beach is in Theoule sur mer, 35 min. away. We have many guidebooks of the region, as well as a book with our own personal restaurant recommendations.
Even though the hamlet is close to many sights, we and most of our guests find ourselves reluctant to leave the premises and instead spend the days at the pool, reading in one of the hamocks, furniture fitness. Directly from the hamlet, you can mountain bike, go swimming or kayaking in the lake, go running and hiking (2 bikes are available). A few places in the neighboorhood also offer horseriding.
