This penthouse is located on the second floor and is equipped for 4 people. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, this penthouse has a loft with two single beds. The apartment can be booked for 6 persons on request. On arrival we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area and a Smart TV with foreign channel. From the living room you also have access to the spacious terrace on the northwest with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture and a view over the polder landscape. The spacious, luxuriously fitted kitchen is equipped with comfortable built-in appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. There is room for your (electric) bicycles in the indoor storage room. Your pet is very welcome in this penthouse. There is one cot and one high chair available as standard.
There are two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car at the Résidence Marina car park and at the marina's general car park. The charging station can be used against payment by means of a charging card.
