The five-star Domaine de Soleil Plage campsite boasts a splendid water park and excellent facilities in a superb, leafy setting on the banks of the river. This peaceful, intimate site is located in the south-west of the , near Sarlat .
After starting the day with an invigorating and tasty breakfast, why not indulge in a refreshing swim. The main pool is ideal for a few lengths, while the adjacent lagoon is perfect for the kids to swim in. There's also a covered outdoor pool, a paddling pool and waterslides: 1 x 2-lane waterslide + 1 x waterslide.
After a refreshing dip in the pool, why not get active with games and sports such as volleyball, soccer, basketball, mini-golf and much more? If the kids still have some energy left after all that sport, all you have to do is entrust them to the Kids Club. The friendly, energetic staff organize a program of activities for the younger ones, while you enjoy a massage. In high season, the campsite's entertainment includes games, sports tournaments, karaoke, themed evenings...
You can give in to temptation at any time of day by stopping off at the ice-cream parlour or snack bar. In the evening, enjoy family time at the restaurant or pizzeria. Surroundings Camping Domaine de Soleil Plage
Thanks to its enviable location on the banks of the Dordogne, holidaymakers can enjoy a wide range of activities from the yacht club. One of the must-do activities is to kayak down the river, admiring the magnificent scenery as you go. Hiking, horse-riding or cycling along the meandering river is also highly recommended.
Picturesque villages and beautiful rolling countryside dot the surrounding area. There are many places of interest to discover, including the Château de Beynac, the Calviac zoological reserve and the enchanting Grottes préhistoriques de Cougnac. For children, there are two fantastic tree courses in the region's abundant forests, as well as the Calviac zoo.
Not far from the charming town of Sarlat, you can visit the wonderful gardens of Marqueyssac and the water gardens of Carsac. Other places of interest include Château de Puymartin, Château de Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Manoir Gisson and Cabanes du Breuil.
