In Seignosse, in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the Landes dune, pleasant renovated studio ideal for a 2-person vacation. Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, it comprises a tastefully decorated living room with a 160cm sofa bed, opening onto a south-facing balcony. You'll also find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Beaches and shops 300 meters away.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in the accommodation.
July/August cleaning included in price.

Large residence in a residential area ideally located by the sea, offering a lifestyle all on foot. Its proximity to beaches, shops and the water park make it an ideal vacation home. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...For practicality, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools.
