Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed opening onto terrace, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bunk beds opening onto terrace and separate shower room with toilet. No WIFI. Covered, secure parking, swimming pool in the residence and bed linen made from eco-responsible, recyclable fiber. Just 7 minutes from the Garavan train station, you'll be able to get around quickly in Monaco, Italy and the whole region.
The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new port of Menton Garavan and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped to offer a wide range of shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports activities, a fitness trail and live entertainment.
- Check-in time: daily (except Sundays and public holidays) from 14:00 to 19:00 - Check-out time (except Sundays and public holidays): Before 10:00.
- Arrival outside opening hours:
For arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, there is a €60 supplement to be paid on site. No arrivals after 10 pm.
- Deposit returned 15 days after departure.
*Housework: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezer are left in the apartment.
Glass bottles are to be deposited in town in the containers provided.
