Rejuvenate in this charming farmhouse, nestled in a green setting in a wooded park (2.7ha). Depending on the occupants, a modular version is available: all you have to do is choose your two favorite bedrooms.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, fireplace with large hearth, pellet stove. Enjoy a large, bright living room, open to the outdoors with its large bay windows overlooking the garden. Cozy, warm atmosphere, floor tiles and parquet, French ceiling.1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm), separate toilet, storage space.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, each with private shower room and toilet, including 2 with 1 bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 with 2 twin beds (90 x 200 cm). The latter has reversible air-conditioning. Depending on the composition of your family, you can choose two of the 4 bedrooms. Electric heating upstairs and pellet heating on the ground floor, available from the owner if required (price depending on market).
Covered terrace for relaxing or dining in fine weather. Relax in the adjoining private garden (2500m2). Gas plancha. And for the little ones, there's a swing in the gîte's private garden.
Gîte extras: Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Wood for fireplace included. 1 small animal accepted on request.
Ayurvedic massages and wellness treatments available on site. Information available from owners. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
