This charming 40-square-meter apartment with balcony is located on the top floor for plenty of light (4th floor (no elevator).
It can accommodate up to 3 people. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with basic cooking equipment (electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, coffee, tea, herbal tea)
- a shower room with shower gel, cleaning products and a clothesline;
- an office area for teleworking (dedicated workspace)
- and a living room with sofa bed (for 1 person) and dining area.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: 1 double inflatable mattress as an extra bed, TV, washing machine, coffee machine, ceiling fan, microwave, iron.
You'll also have a HD 3 TV with Netflix and fast Wifi, a Mobile Air Conditioner and Velux in the bedroom, a Marshall connected audio system.
And a small balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun.
The Pont du Las parking lot is nearby, and parking is also available in adjacent streets.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
- The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from bus line 3, which takes you to the city center and the Mourillon beaches, and line 40, which takes you to Mont Faron.
- Coastal towns can be reached by train from the nearby station, or by car.
Various bars, restaurants and shops are nearby.
For your everyday needs, there's a "Carrefour EXPRESS" supermarket just a 6-minute walk away.
Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator).
