Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a small residence, this apartment offers every comfort, with a spacious living area comprising a sleeping area with a double bed, a relaxation area with a convertible sofa, a removable work area with a large table and chest of drawers, a fully-equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a bathroom with toilet that is functional and well insulated from the living area.) and a shower room with toilet that is functional and well separated from the living area.
The following facilities are available: Wi-Fi, Electric shutters, Hairdryer, Storage space, Shampoo/shower gel/soap kit per person, Iron.
The heating and bathroom towel warmers are linked to the communal heating system and therefore operate throughout the period from November to mid-April.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning charge, but can be provided at extra cost.
Parking is available at the foot of the building, but is not guaranteed. Other parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.

As this apartment does not have a key box, we allow arrivals until 10 pm. After this time and for whatever reason, no keys can be handed over.
