We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat with sea view, at less than 50 meters of the beach, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, thermomix robot...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A 6 m² balcony with sea view, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the nice days
Shared space:
- An outdoor swimming pool (private, heated) of 8m x 4m and 1.50m deep. The pool is open from April to September for you to relax and cool off. It is fenced for safety and is heated to 25 degrees in the summer. Opening dates subject to favourable weather conditions, not contractual.
- A communal, enclosed garden of approximately 100 m².
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Restaurant or barbecue ? Discovering or relaxing? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification.
Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 17 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry, Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban, Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed, Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénan archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the private car park of the residence, a place is reserved for any type of vehicle (place n°20).
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper train station at 17 km (about 25 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Quimper airport at 18 km (about 20 minutes by car)
