Just 6 km from the historic center of La Rochelle, this pretty house is ideal for a quiet vacation with family or friends.
This stone-walled farmhouse has been recently renovated and decorated with care. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with en-suite shower room opening onto the garden, and upstairs, a second bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The beautifully planted garden is well exposed for sunbathing, and has a small vegetable garden offering fruit and vegetables in season.
There's also a garden shed where you can safely store your bicycles.

CLEANING SERVICE IS COMPULSORY AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request, in which case laundry costs will be charged, payable on site by credit card (+2 euros) or cash/check:
