With its large capacity, this house will seduce you for a quiet stay with family or friends.
Completely renovated in 2021, the house is tastefully equipped and decorated. Its bright veranda will welcome you for meals and moments of relaxation.
The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, with double beds and a bathroom/WC.
There's also an office area where you can get away from it all to work.
The sofa in the house folds out to provide 1 additional bed for 1 person.
Comforters and pillows are provided.
Free parking in front of the house, overlooking the fields, or in the driveway.
You are 4 km from the center of La Rochelle by car, and from the beach at Aytré.
Ideally located for enjoying the region and returning home in the evening.
HOUSEWORK IS COMPULSORY AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request, in which case laundry costs will be charged, payable on site by credit card (+2 euros) or cash/check:

Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged 15 euros per move.

The town of Aytré offers over 3.5 km of sandy coastline with a shallow cove, making it a well-known spot attracting many windsurfers and kite-surfers.
One beach, three atmospheres: the central beach, where you can enjoy the fine sand and beach games (swimming is not permitted), with friends or on your own; the surfing spot, where you can practice board sports, sailing, beach sports and kite surfing; and the small beaches separated by rocks, where the foreshore is revealed at low tide.
The municipality of Aytré also offers a daily program of activities for all ages... (Yoga, beach volleyball, gymnastics, hiking, dance...).
Aytré is also surrounded by greenery, with the Lac d'Argile, a walking path and a large plain available to recharge your batteries, and a treasure trove of bike paths along the coast, ideal for walks.
Halfway between La Rochelle, Chatelaillon, Ile de Ré and Oléron, the town boasts a perfect location, without the inconvenience of parking, and direct access to expressways whatever your destination.
There's no shortage of things to see and do in the area, including oyster farming, salt marshes, fishing, horse riding and a visit to the fish smokehouse. A little further afield, Rochefort and its "Versailles of the sea", the Arsenal maritime, the Corderie Royale and its central square made famous by Jacques Demi's film "Les Demoiselles de Rochefort". And of course the wonderful La Rochelle, with its towers, its history and its benevolence.
