AT055 Baix a Mar: Ground-floor apartment on the first line of the Torredembarra beach promenade, in the fishermen's district of Baix a Mar. This is a charming, tastefully decorated and renovated apartment. With over 200 years of history, it has been owned by the same family for 100 years and is known as El Piset de Baix en Mar. It retains the magic of the summer vacations of the early and mid-twentieth century. It has a living-dining room with a double sofa bed in an adjoining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher renovated in 2020, 1 bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds, and a full bathroom with shower renovated in 2020. The living room windows overlook the promenade. In the neighborhood, there are restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a children's playground on the beach. A 10-15 minute walk will take you to the center of town. Group bookings for young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
