This campsite is located in Portugal, in the middle of the Leiria woods, in the Lisbon region. Just 500m from the village and 5km from the beaches, this campsite is ideal for discovering Portugal, its ancient fishing villages and mild climate. On-site swimming pool open from May to October.
During the summer school vacations, family activities are offered during the pool opening hours. You'll find a sign on site with precise times.
A snack bar is available from April to September, as well as a restaurant serving fish specialities and typical Portuguese dishes.

ACCOMMODATION: not bad, but large holes in the boiler flue (no longer in use) and in the floor vents. This leaves plenty of room for animals (mice...) and insects (spiders, mosquitoes...). CLEANLINESS: many cobwebs not cleaned when we arrived. HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT: coffee maker provided for in the advert not present and refusal to provide us with one // non-existent garden furniture that was supposed to be brought to us but we're still waiting for it // very limited crockery (no strainer for pasta, for example) // we only had air-conditioning halfway through our stay // more than half the showers used cold water. Very nice for washing the kids. And we're not talking about washing up ENVIRONMENT: pretty nice and quiet on the whole. On the other hand, the pools are unsafe and in very poor condition (joints coming off by themselves, liner peeling off...), the jacuzzi is nowhere to be found and the inflatable games we had to see inflated once for an hour out of the whole week. Also, children's games in very poor condition and unsafe. ON-SITE WELCOME: quite good at the start, but average on arrival: we wanted to bring the car in at 8am to load our luggage and leave (1600 km drive). We were refused on the grounds that we couldn't do so before 9am because of the noise, even though the lawnmowers and brushcutters had been running in the campsite since 7.30am. In the end, our stay at the campsite wasn't even average, but almost pathetic for the price we paid. I therefore request a refund of the sums paid.
