It is quiet (facing the back of the street), has a lovely balcony and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is ideally located in the center of Bordeaux, on a shopping street.

The apartment does not have an elevator. Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- bathroom with bathtub
- and a living room with sofa bed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Microwave.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
The accommodation is located :
- close to all amenities (various bars, restaurants and shops) ;
- 8 minutes' walk from the Monument aux Girondins;
- 15 minutes from Place de la Bourse
- and 10 minutes from the Musée des Beaux-Arts.
For day-to-day shopping, there's a "Carrefour Express" supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
