In the famous and sought-after Sainte Barbe district, 400m from Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach, superb modern town house on 3 levels, tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a pleasant 40m² living/dining room opening onto a lovely terrace, allowing you to enjoy all the pleasures of summer, and a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. On the same level, you'll find a shower room and separate toilet. On level -1, the house offers a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a dressing room, as well as a bedroom with 2 beds (80cm) that can be joined together to make a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate WC. Finally, on level -2, the house has a 2nd terrace of 30m², two bedrooms, one with 2 80cm beds and 1 90cm bed, the other with two 80cm beds, a shower room and WC.
An enclosed shed for storing bikes, surfboards, etc., overlooking the street, completes the accommodation.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
