Property for exclusive use
280 m2 property with outbuilding and exclusive swimming pool, suitable for 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms and 2 with shared bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to the outside. The exterior features a paved, fenced-in area. Parking on the property. Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The outdoor area is organized into paved terraces. On one of these is the swimming pool, which measures 5x12, with a depth of 1.5 meters, with access to a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer) and 1 service bathroom. The pool has a large paved solarium terrace equipped with sunbeds and a large table for alfresco breakfasts. Parking on the property.
Interiors
The main house has two floors. The first floor comprises an entrance hall with fireplace; 2 steps lead up to the kitchen/dining room, living room with TV and exit onto a small terrace with table and chairs. Laundry room with access from outside. On the second floor are 2 double bedrooms, one with safe, 1 bathroom with shower, access to a solarium terrace.
The ground-floor outbuilding has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are accessed from outside. An external staircase leads to the second floor: terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Position
Casale la Visitazione has been recently renovated, in the countryside, not isolated and close to a village with restaurants and services. Beautiful panoramic views.
