Our apartment is located in Blanes, Costa Brava (S'Abanell Beach) in front of the sea in a private residence with 24-hour surveillance.
You will be able to enjoy in the residence, an open swimming pool and a Jacuzzi;
The apartment is on the 6th and last floor with a view of the pool and the sea and offers a terrace and a solarium (access by a spiral staircase). It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.
It also has air conditioning, a television and Wifi.
The parking around the residence is paying from June 15 to September 15 and free the rest of the year.
The center of the city is a 15-minute walk from the residence, via the beach. A playground for children is available on site.
Blanes, dynamic city and family seaside resort, is located 1h30 south of Perpignan and 65 km north of Barcelona (near LLoret de Mar, Catalonia). Access to the train station is very convenient.
You can enjoy a fruit and vegetable market, botanical garden, water park, Bingo. Etc
