Detailed description: "the house is located in the village of Tresnuraghes, a few km from the beaches of Bosa and Porto Alabe. It is a structure with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in each room, a shared kitchen, and a large terrace on the top floor that offers an incredible view. Part of this terrace is covered and offers the possibility of eating outside while staying sheltered. The terrace also has a large barbecue. Each room is independent, and the house is equipped with all the basic services for cooking, internet, and air conditioning in the 2 rooms on the first floor. There is also a washing machine and an area for drying clothes."
Access for guests: "Guests can access the house through a 4-digit safety deposit box located on the right door jamb of the front door. The code will be provided to guests upon booking."
