Beautiful semi-detached house in the emblematic location of Grifeu, with a superb view
of Cap Ras and the Gulf of Amunt de Llançà, Colera, Portbou. The house is
is distributed with great care and detail over three floors. At the entrance
of the house is the parking area and the garden that runs to the end of the house overlooking the swimming pool (which is shared with the owner).
