Old stone house dating from the 17th century, located in Castelló d'Empúries,
historical capital of the medieval county of Empuries.
It was restored in 1970, and has been maintained by the owners
the years.
Currently prepared to accommodate 8 people, it is distributed over
three floors.
On the ground floor are an entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, a dining room
dining room, and a kitchen with oven and microwave. On the second floor are
three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
The second floor features a games room, another double bedroom and a small
double bedroom and a small courtyard.
It is equipped with a washing machine and WiFi (July and August).
This charming house is located in a privileged area, just a few kilometres
kilometers from a wide range of cultural and sporting activities, and surrounded
surrounded by a unique natural environment (wild beaches and the Aiguamolls
Aiguamolls, St. Pere de Rodes, Cap de Creus, Cadaqués, Figueres, Pyrenees,
etc.).
Major tourist centers such as Roses and Empuriabrava are also
within easy reach.
