Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The house is characterized by 2,200 m2 of fenced garden, mostly of natural lawn, inside which is the swimming pool measuring 6x12 with a depth of 1.45 meters, with a hydromassage area, solarium area with sunbeds, shower with hot and cold water, 3 gazebos, one of which is equipped (with cooking point, stone barbecue, table and chairs), perfect for outdoor breakfasts admiring the panorama. A covered loggia is located near the entrance. Shaded parking inside the property.
Interiors
The property has been recently restructured, retaining the characteristics of original materials such as wooden beams, terracotta and stone walls, thus prolonging the magical atmosphere of ancient Tuscan homes. The fittings and furnishings are extremely meticulous and well-maintained, characteristics that give the house the typical flavor of a country home.
The first floor features the main entrance, a living room with satellite TV, fireplace, well-equipped breakfast and cooking areas and direct access to the outside. The first floor is completed by 1 double bedroom (TV) with bathroom with shower and access to the external loggia, 1 twin bedroom (TV) with bathroom with shower and access to the outside. External access leads to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sink, ironing board and iron.
The second floor, with access only via an external staircase, comprises 2 double bedrooms (TV), each with a bathroom with shower and access to a covered balcony. Both bedrooms also have a kitchenette cupboard with fridge, sink and hob. The house is fully air-conditioned. Furnishings are in progress.
Location
The house enjoys total privacy and is immersed in the green Tuscan hills that dominate much of the Val di Chiana. The panorama is suggestive, with the countryside and its dense woods changing color according to the season.

The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 10/10. Access to the property via a 2 km dirt road.
