We propose to you to the rent, in Dinan, this charming house with jacuzzi, of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 2 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofa, armchairs and a dining area. The stove is decorative.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : a single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and bath.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and an adjoining shower room.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: a single bed.
- Separate toilet.
In the basement:
- A cellar.

For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A jacuzzi available in July and August that can accommodate 4 guests.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 2,000 m², facing South and East and enjoying a view on the Rance valley.
- Two terraces, one facing South and the second facing East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A balcony adjoining the master bedroom.
The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in the middle of nature with a wide view over the Rance valley. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

During your stay in Dinan, discover the heritage, the craftsmen, the sports and cultural activities, the outings and the nature which make the wealth of the city, classified "of Art and History"!
- Boat trips on the Rance river or at sea to reach the Ebiens island.
- Visit of Dinan: medieval old town with its half-timbered houses, ramparts, abbey, Jerzual street, clock tower, stores, animations, market, Château de Léhon...
- Festival of the ramparts, Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo, sound and light show of Mont St Michel...
- Visit of Saint-Cast Le Guildo, St-Malo, Dinard, St-Lunaire and St Briac-sur-Mer, relaxation on the fine sandy beaches, discovery of the seaside villas, the Mont Saint-Michel, Cap Fréhel...
- Hiking on the GR34 which connects Cap Fréhel to Fort La Latte.
