Villa Serena is a beautiful house with private swimming pool located near Santa Cristina de Aro and nature, in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxing holiday. It has wifi and garage for 2 cars.
This spectacular accommodation is newly built and has about 100 m2 living space, 21 m2 swimming pool and more than 700 m2 of garden very well kept and suitable to the environment.
The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of complements that will make you enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday.
When you arrive at your destination you can drive your car into the garage where it will be protected from the sun and the weather.
Inside the house everything is on one floor (except the garage), on one level. The fact that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it very comfortable. Its pleasant decoration helps you to enjoy the calmness of the place, which together with the swimming pool and solarium area will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Air conditioning in the house is not available.

The house is located in a residential area 3 km from the village of Santa Cristina de Aro. You will find the spectacular sandy beaches of the Costa Brava and its lush coves just eight km away.
