This amazing apartment overlooking the golf course is located in the luxury resort of Terrazas de la Torre. The apartment on the ground floor offers access to a communal swimming pool and you can stay comfortably with family or friends.
The Terrazas de la Torre resort is located about 10 km from the beaches of the Costa Cálida and also close to the beaches and coves of the Costa Blanca. The resort houses an on-site supermarket, an Irish bar/restaurant, several green areas, children's areas with playground, charging points for electric vehicles, 24-hour security with access control and a Jack Nicklaus golf course with a semi-desert feel. The main cities are less than 30 minutes away and the nearest train station is just 5 minutes from the residence.
The atmosphere in the resort is familiar and peaceful. The holiday home has its own grass garden, an outdoor terrace, comfortable bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower and a living room with an open kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes. Air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days and parking is available at the property.
