The apartment:
Located on the 3rd and last floor (without an elevator) of a secured residence building, this lovely air-conditioned and tastefully renovated 2-bedroom apartment offers an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and access to the terrace with a beautiful sea view. A cozy living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160*200), and another bedroom with two twin beds (90*200). A beautiful bathroom with toilet.
Amenities: Air conditioning, TV, Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc. One private parking space. Access to the port and beaches in 5/10 minutes (by car).
To be paid on-site: Security deposit 800€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 75€.
