On the middle level we find the dining area with kitchen and fireplace equipped for barbecues, a characteristic and large living room with exposed stone walls, a hallway and a bedroom with two single beds (they can be joined on
request), on the upper floor the other bedroom with double bed and on the lower floor hallway and large bathroom.
Consumption is included in the price of the room while the costs of any tourist tax and final cleaning (60 euros) must be added.

Where are we
The residence is located in the ancient village of Gombitelli (in the Municipality of Camaiore between Lucca and Viareggio) which is located about 500 meters above sea level and placed on the side of Mount Calvario in an excellent position exposed to the sun and widely panoramic, being able to admire the entire coast of Versilia up to the Ligurian coast and the sea up to Corsica; the country already known as a linguistic island and for the working of iron, is today known above all for the production of cured meats.
Activities and Places of Interest
The village is immersed in the woods of the Apuan Regional Park: a true oasis of peace and relaxation where you can practice biking reaching the various neighboring villages called Seimiglia or the closest towns such as Camaiore and Massarosa, trekking on the numerous paths from the most flat for relaxing walks in nature, to more demanding routes but still not
particularly difficult that reach the top of several peaks of the Apuan Alps.
You can easily and quickly reach the beaches of Versilia by car (Viareggio is 17 km away) or important Tuscan capitals rich in historical and artistic beauties such as Lucca (24 km) and Pisa (37 km).
Services And Useful Information
The center is completely pedestrianized, so it is necessary to park (free of charge) the car in the area at one of the two entrances to the town (the one on the side of the Church of San Michele is larger).
In the village there is a shop selling cold cuts, cheeses, pasta and other typical products and a bar with a refreshment point which also organizes themed musical evenings; furthermore, two excellent restaurants serving local cuisine can be reached by car within a short distance, but if you often want to have full meals at home, we recommend stocking up before arriving in the village as there are no supermarkets in the area.
