Located in a 3-stars residence in the heart of the historic district of Bordeaux, this 17m² studio overlooking the courtyard is very quiet. At 6 minutes walking you'll find the B Chartrons tram stop and the Bordeaux quays. Close to all amenities. Located on the 1st floor with elevator.
The apartment is composed of a living room with a double bed (140x200), a kitchenette and a desk / dining table. You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and WC as well as two large sliding cupboards.

- Heating charges: electric meter quote upon arrival and departure, payment at normal rate of your consumption from the first day
