It has a sleeping area: a sofa bed in the living room: For bedding, a mattress topper complements the convertible sofa bed to guarantee you a good quality of sleep!
Thanks to the small balcony, you can enjoy your coffee with a view over the rooftops of Grenoble!

**✓Location:**
You'll benefit from an ideal location for visiting Grenoble's historic center. The apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the pedestrian center, but also from the Bastille, the Bastille cable car and the train station. If the walk is too long, the tramway passes right by the building!
Around the corner, you'll find one of Grenoble's most famous markets, l'estacade.
A vast network of self-service scooters and bicycles is at your disposal.
Last but not least, numerous shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores are within easy reach.
The Grenoble valley offers a wealth of walks and hikes in our various mountains, accessible in 30 minutes by car or served by a network of buses, depending on the season!
For winter rentals, the cellar can be made available for safe storage of your ski equipment.

Parking is available in the vicinity of the building (at a charge during the day, except Sundays), as well as in the surrounding parking lots.

The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
