Spacious modern house with beautiful private pool in the district of
Sant Genís. Very close to Grifeu beach and easily accessible in the
port area of Llançà.
Decorated and equipped with great care and detail, very comfortable and
distributed over three floors.
On the first floor of the house is a two-car garage with a small
bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Terrace with dining and
dining and living room furniture, plancha-barbecue, to enjoy evenings around the
