On the harbor side, it's a very cosy apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace of 18m² surrounded by a hedge for your privacy, with parking and private access to the harbor! Ideal place in any season, weekend in love, vacations, you do not have more than to put your bags, to relax, and to benefit from our beautiful Basin! You are in the very typical district of the port in Aiguillon, in the peace, in 3 km of the center of Arcachon, in direct proximity on foot of restaurants, shops, bakery, and of the most beautiful fish shop of the Basin! Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, bath mats, dish towels. Your bed will be made for your arrival.

Coté Port is located near all the shops, restaurants, mini-markets... in the Aiguillon district, 10 km from the Dune du Pyla and 3 km from Arcachon city center. Nestled between the Autumn City of Arcachon and La Teste de Buch, the Aiguillon district seduces visitors for its authenticity. From the Saint-Ferdinand church to the colorful fishermen's huts at the Pointe de l'Aiguillon via the harbor, discover the multiple viewpoints of the site. Very lively and commercial, this district can be visited on foot or by bike. It also has many "nice and accessible little restaurants" according to many tourists. And if you like oysters, a lunch break is a must at the only shack in the area, the Cabane de l'Aiguillon, located at the end of Pierre Loti Boulevard or at the port of La Teste, Gujan and all the others!

You will take advantage of all its attractions, go and discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Basin! The little train in front of the Arcachon tourist office will give you lots of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste is waiting for you, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon or La Teste (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre river, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

- Arcachon train station at 3 km
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to the Pyla dune, with interesting stops all the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and view on the basin, restaurants, ice cream parlour etc., or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport at 65 km (52 minutes by car)
- A beep allows you to go to the parking under the residence, another to open the garage which is deep but does not allow the access in height for the 4X4...
